For the 8th consecutive year, Whippany Park High School has been designated a No Place for Hate. In our sixth year with gold star distinction, we recognize the importance, now more than ever, of teaching our children about respect, inclusion, bias, and bigotry in order to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all.
Launched in 2001, ADL’s No Place for Hate® school initiative seeks to recognize schools who are “working to create and sustain inclusive school environments where all students feel valued and have the opportunity to succeed by promoting respect for individual difference while challenging bigotry and prejudice.” Hanover Park staff and students look forward to continuing to embrace and implement programs, projects and practices that align with ADL’s No Place for Hate tenets.
